Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dynamics CRM Manager to lead the
development, implementation, and maintenance of their Customer
Relationship Management system.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
to align with business needs
Lead system upgrades, performance optimization, and integrations
with other enterprise applications
Manage and mentor direct reports, providing guidance on best
practices and technical skills
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field, with relevant experience
substitutable for education
8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics
CRM/Dynamics 365 development
Leadership experience in mentoring and managing direct reports
Experience with source control management using Git/Azure
DevOps
US Citizenship is required
