Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with
leadership
Provide coaching and mentorship to sales representatives and manage
the sales pipeline
Cultivate a positive team culture and oversee sales operations for
efficiency and scale
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading sales organizations, preferably in
SaaS or education technology
Experience selling complex technology solutions to government
entities
Strong skills in negotiation and consensus building
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous learning and
improvement
Experience in a venture-backed startup environment from Series A
through D
