Job Description:
A company is looking for a NetSuite Support Technician to
provide technical assistance and support for the NetSuite ERP
system.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for NetSuite ERP
system issues
Maintain the NetSuite Support board to assist users with inquiries
and system configurations
Support system updates, upgrades, and integrations while ensuring
data accuracy and integrity
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience supporting NetSuite or similar ERP
systems
Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP features, including report
creation and workflow configurations
Familiarity with NetSuite modules such as supply chain,
manufacturing, or CRM
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or equivalent
work experience preferred
NetSuite Administrator Certification or equivalent experience is
highly desirable
