A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to
lead enterprise customer onboarding and optimize processes for full
adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Guide enterprise customers through a structured onboarding process,
ensuring seamless adoption
Configure integrations, user roles, permissions, and automation
workflows
Develop best practices and adoption milestones to improve customer
time-to-value
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in enterprise implementation or customer
success roles in a B2B SaaS environment
Technical acumen with familiarity in APIs, software configurations,
and data flows related to AI or marketing technology
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple implementations
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Solution
Architects, Product, and Engineering teams
Experience in AI, MarTech, or content automation platforms
