Job Description:
A company is looking for a Logistics Billing Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Compile backup and create cover sheets for invoicing on 3rd party
damages to equipment
Evaluate vendor invoices and photos for damages and ensure accurate
customer billing
Assist M&R Billing Specialists in resolving customer issues and
communicate with Field staff for resolution
Required Qualifications
Experience in billing or invoicing processes
Knowledge of vendor invoice evaluation and damage assessment
Ability to understand customer billing relationships and contract
terms
Familiarity with tracking systems for equipment activity
Willingness to train on a hybrid schedule for 3 months
