Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Analyst - FP&A.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development of annual budgets, financial forecasts,
and long-term financial plans
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and
opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal
stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related
field
2-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis,
preferably in a non-profit organization
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
Experience with financial software and ERP systems
Understanding of non-profit financial principles, including fund
accounting and grant management
