Job Description:

We're looking for a reliable, experienced, and motivated HVAC and/or Refrigeration Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity-not a stepping stone. If you've been hopping from job to job every 6 months, this isn't the position for you. We need a serious professional ready to commit, grow, and get the job done. Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of field experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or commercial food equipment EPA Certification (Universal or Type I & II required) Valid driver's license Must disclose any accidents, DUIs, or tickets Ability to lift 75 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Comfortable with regular driving between job sites Willing and able to travel as required Preferred Qualifications: Experience with HVAC installation and ductwork Background servicing hot-side commercial kitchen equipment Stable work history ( no short-term job hoppers ) Strong time management and communication skills Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems Complete service documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment Participate in an on-call rotation (one week per month minimum) Maintain punctuality and dependability every day Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
