Summary: Deburrer, inspects forged parts for any forging flash
defects and/or excess metal from manufactured parts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Use surface de-burring, sanding and grinding tools to remove excess
metal from manufacture parts to specification
Visually and physically inspect forged parts to ensure all excess
metal is removed
Select the proper size de-burr/grinder to remove excess metal from
manufactured parts
Remove defects and flash extension per part requirements
Maintain accurate part and or work piece counts
Assure quality and production requirements are met, as per the
job-specific traveler
This is a full time opportunity. 5 days a week. 8+ hours per
day
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience working in Manufacturing/Aerospace environment
Mechanically inclined with hand/power tools
Schedule: Monday thru Thursday 3:30PM to 2AM, Friday and Saturday
1:30PM to 10:00PM (Overtime are mandatory)
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
