Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Relations Specialist -
Bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities
Lead communication with clients, addressing technical accounting
and product inquiries
Manage client escalations and guide clients through service
changes
Deliver high-quality bookkeeping and tax services to a diverse
client portfolio
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or
equivalent experience
Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO) and certification
is highly desired
3 years of progressive bookkeeping experience in a multi-client
environment
3 years of client servicing experience with small business
owners
Understanding of small business accounting and tax services
