Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Title Officer
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Support Title Agents with commercial real estate transactions,
including title commitment reviews and obtaining title curative
matters
Create and maintain files, records, and reports while reviewing
transaction documents for closings
Prepare and revise title commitments and issue final title policies
and endorsements in accordance with underwriting guidelines
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of title industry experience, preferably in commercial
multi-state transactions
High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Proficient in Adobe and MS Office applications
Ability to quickly learn company operating systems and new software
applications
Strong organizational and time management skills
