Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit early-stage companies for the Founder Catalyst
program
Assist in evaluating program applications and coordinate virtual
Selection Committee Interviews
Manage program resources and support communication among founders,
mentors, and partners
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1-3 years of experience in operations, project management, or
administrative roles
Working knowledge of Web 3, blockchain, and crypto concepts
Experience in virtual event planning and logistics
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly
Strong interest in technology, startups, and entrepreneurship
