Job Description:
A company is looking for an End User Computing Specialist to
provide technical support in high-profile ophthalmology offices and
surgery centers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers,
and other peripherals
Deliver prompt, professional technical support to ensure minimal
downtime and exceptional client service
Install, configure, and upgrade devices and software while managing
assigned tickets and resolving incidents
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an IT support or end user
computing role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and other
enterprise-level applications
Familiarity with endpoint management tools, Active Directory, and
remote monitoring and management tools
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing
environment
Customer-first attitude with a passion for solving technical
problems
