Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Account Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead Patient Account Representatives, managing
performance metrics and staff scheduling
Train, develop, and motivate team members while identifying
performance deficiencies and implementing action plans
Respond to requests and ensure timely completion of accounts
referred to the Supervisory Desk
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent education
4-7 years of relevant experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation, CPT and ICD-9
codes
Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership skills
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite
