Job Description:
A company is looking for a QC Compliance Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Quality Control examinations and document loan reviews,
providing feedback on potential errors
Develop procedures and address issues impacting accuracy and
timeliness of loan reviews
Provide coaching and training to staff to meet company and
department goals
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in Quality Control, Due Diligence, or
Secondary Market within banking or lending
Experience with Mavent and LauraMac systems
Understanding of credit rating agency requirements and regulatory
compliance
Ability to analyze regulations and produce underwriting reports
Knowledge of underwriting guidelines and TRID practices
