A company is looking for a Scheduling Specialist I to manage
patient appointment scheduling and related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule patient appointments by matching preferences with
physician-specific guidelines
Collect and maintain accurate patient registration and insurance
information
Provide one-call resolution for scheduling inquiries and direct
non-scheduling calls appropriately
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
Minimum of 1 year of related work experience required
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
Proficient in computer usage and navigating multiple programs
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
