Job Description:
A company is looking for a 988 Crisis Counselor to provide
crisis intervention and support remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Provide crisis-counseling services via phone, aiming to answer 95%
of calls within 20 seconds
Conduct safety assessments, safety planning, and follow-up with
help seekers
Mentor volunteers and maintain accurate documentation of
interactions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Access to high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
Flexibility to work within varying schedules, including weekends
and holidays
Ability to complete required yearly trainings and pass
pre-employment screening
