Key Responsibilities
Gather requirements for data requests and report creation
Drive the development of design and evolution of balanced
scorecards for various financial units
Mentor junior business or process analysts and facilitate
cross-team communication
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business
Administration, or a related area
10+ years of relevant work experience in process or Business
Analytics roles
Working knowledge of Agile software development processes
Experience with SQL technologies and data-focused technical
teams
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
