A company is looking for a Contract PMO Implementation
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the defined PM strategy in partnership with the Senior
Operations Manager
Build and structure a centralized PM workspace in Notion and create
repeatable project templates
Standardize workflows and roll out PM resources to enhance clarity
and efficiency across teams
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in project operations, business operations,
or program/project management
Proven ability to create user-friendly and scalable internal
workspaces and processes
Strong sense of information architecture and design for creating
intuitive Notion pages or dashboards
Experience with project management tools like Notion and Linear
Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for efficiency in
documentation and content creation
