Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementations Team Lead to oversee
a team dedicated to client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, train, and retain a team of analysts and subject
matter experts
Identify improvement opportunities and drive solutions across
departments
Manage performance requirements, schedules, and resource allocation
to meet organizational goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
5+ years of experience leading and managing Implementation
teams
Strong foundation in accounting knowledge and familiarity with
financial markets
Experience with Project Management tools and MS SQL or similar
databases
Advanced technical skills in MS Office Suite and related tools
