Essential FunctionsProduct Testing

• Raw material and Work-In-Progress physical property testing as appropriate to confirm compliance to the product standard. Other Support:
  • Collect and verify production samples from all manufacturing areas and maintain all sample retains in an organized manner for easy retrieval or reference.
  • Follow all house cleaning and safety rules and report any unsafe acts or conditions to the supervisor.
  • Maintain lab equipment within specifications and promptly report any malfunctions.
  • Assist senior technicians/engineers/supervisors with customer complaint investigation including product testing and applications
  • Review incoming RMAs for accuracy and develop/execute investigation plans as appropriate
  • Apply product knowledge to assist manufacturing team dispositioning potential nonconformancesSelf-Management
    • Prioritize and execute tasks with minimal direction.
    • Effective communication with management and team to ensure goal alignment and results.
    • Effective time management.
    • Act as change agent with proactive and engaging attitude towards other teams and team membersRequirements:
      • Associate of science degree in a relevant field of study
      • One (1) + year of recent work experience, including hands-on laboratory experience
      • Strong arithmetic and communication skills, in the English language (listening, verbal, written, presentation, inter-personal)
      • Microsoft Office - proficient

Rate of pay will depend on factors such as market conditions and location, job-related knowledge and skills, education, training and experience. If hired, employment will be at will.
