Position: Order Entry AdministratorLocation: Placentia, CaPay rate: $19.00 - $20.00Temp-hireJob Summary: Execute the Order Fulfillment process to ensure the complete satisfaction of the customer's order requirements. Receive quotes and orders from customers, confirm material availability from suppliers, enter quotes and orders into ERP system and confirm delivery dates through order acknowledgement back to customers.Summary of Essential Job Functions: - Process quotes and orders, confirm ship dates, and follow up with tracking information to customer. - Navigate through ERP-CRM software and database systems to enter, expedite and fulfill customer orders. - Communicate with Customer Service Team, Value Stream Managers and Account Managers. - Manage customer inventory requirement through use of Purchase Requisition Process. - Accurately respond to customer inquiries related to order fulfillment in an expeditious and complete manner. - Communicate with production regarding any potential late shipments and proactively communicate with customers as necessary. - Assist with Non-Conforming Material customer complaints and Return Material Authorizations. - Use the company's Customer Relationship Management software to create new contacts, new prospects, document customer interactions, requirements, and communications. - Coordinate with the Production Department to obtain accurate shipment lead-time information and use the Scheduler tool with every order.Qualifications & Competencies: - High School Diploma or equivalent required. - Professional communication skills, math and problem-solving skills a must. - Detail oriented data entry skills required. - Proficiency with Windows based software including Microsoft Office Applications. - 2+ years of related experience in customer service in a manufacturing environment preferred. - Experience with reading and interpreting technical drawings preferred.About Kimco:Kimco Staffing Services is a rapidly growing, award-winning staffing firm whose purpose is to add real value to our clients and candidates while -"Changing lives, One Job at a Time." -We have won Best Of Staffing Client and Talent satisfaction awards from Clearly Rated for the last 10 years.
