Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Placentia, CA that is seeking a Help Desk Support.

Responsibilities:

  • The Help Desk Support provides Level 1 and Level 2 support
  • Phone support, handling minor triage issues with basic troubleshooting and escalating all other issues to Level 2 and 3 support
  • Maintaining, developing and supporting personal computers, servers, local and wide area network, software, and data communications technologies throughout the Firm, to maximize Firm-wide productivity and minimize system downtime
  • As a Help Desk Support, this role assists with Helpdesk duties and installs hardware and software
    Job Requirements:REQUIREMENTS:
    • Ability to train end users
    • iPhone experience
    • Sound troubleshooting methodology
    • iOS troubleshooting experience


      Desired Skills:
      • Troubleshooting to resolution over the phone
      • Knowledge of enterprise computing environments
      • Time and task management skills
      • Organized and detail oriented


        Soft Skills:
        • Experience working with physicians
        • Experience presenting/training groups of up to 20 people is a plus
