Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk for our client located in Placentia. This position will be working onsite. - -Pay $25-27 per hourResponsibilities for the Accounting Clerk:

  • Will handle petty cash
  • Process AP, ensure PO's, receipts and invoices match
  • Post cash receipts
  • Handle check runs and vendor contact
  • Prepare the weekly deposits
  • Post debits/credits
  • Handle research and discrepancies
  • Bank reconciliations -
  • Sort mail and filing of all vendor files -Requirements for the Accounting Clerk:
    • 2+ years of hands on accounting experience
    • Must have strong 10 key skills
    • Intermediate Excel skill
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • QuickBooks or Sage experience a plus -
