Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk for our client located in Placentia. This position will be working onsite. - -Pay $25-27 per hourResponsibilities for the Accounting Clerk:

Will handle petty cash
Process AP, ensure PO's, receipts and invoices match
Post cash receipts
Handle check runs and vendor contact
Prepare the weekly deposits
Post debits/credits
Handle research and discrepancies
Bank reconciliations -
Sort mail and filing of all vendor files -Requirements for the Accounting Clerk:
- 2+ years of hands on accounting experience
- Must have strong 10 key skills
- Intermediate Excel skill
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- QuickBooks or Sage experience a plus -
