men to be happier and healthier! About the Role: Dr. Squatch is
seeking a data-driven and analytical Demand Planner to join our
team. We are looking for a highly adaptable, process-oriented
individual who can work both independently and cross-functionally,
excels at problem solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
with increasing complexity. This role requires the ability to
navigate daily challenges, implement changes efficiently, and
maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement and future
growth. The Demand Planner will play a key role in supporting
cross-functional collaboration between Retail Sales, Supply
Planning, Strategic Operations and Finance. This position will be
responsible for developing and maintaining item level forecasts,
analyzing forecast performance and identifying risks and
opportunities to improve demand accuracy. This role will report to
the Demand Planning Manager. This is a full-time, hybrid role with
company benefits based in Marina del Rey, CA. The anticipated base
compensation range for this role will be $70,000 to $90,000.
Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience
and local market rates. What You'll Do: Analyze sales and inventory
data at the SKU level to develop detailed item-level forecasts by
customer account. Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Finance
to identify and close gaps between planned targets and forecasted
demand, ensuring alignment on channel-level plans. Measure and
monitor forecast accuracy using established KPIs and metrics;
investigate and communicate root causes of forecast variances to
improve future accuracy. Proactively communicate forecast changes,
risks, and demand trends to the Supply Planning team. Collaborate
with the Demand Planning team to compile data, build insights, and
prepare materials for the monthly S&OP meetings. Validate
wholesale pricing assumptions in demand planning models to ensure
revenue calculations are accurate and complete. Build, maintain and
continuously improve robust forecasting models and reports in Excel
and Google sheets to support planning processes. Update
weeks-of-supply and inventory outlooks based on the most current
forecast versions. About You: Bachelor's degree; preferably in
Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations, Finance, Business
Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or
related analytical field Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in
Supply Chain, with at least 1-2 years in Demand Planning or Sales
Forecasting Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including
building and maintaining complex models and reports Excellent
interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Ability to
work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and
shifting demands Relentless attention to detail and capable of
multitasking in a dynamic environment Outstanding analytical skills
with a proven ability to problem solve and develop solutions to
complex problems Ability to understand and balance the needs of
sales/marketing, operations, and finance to make quick decisions
that are in the best interest of the total business Experience
transitioning Demand Planning process to ERP/Demand Planning system
