Job Description:
This role ensures optimal product availability, minimizes excess
inventory, and supports cash flow and operational goals by
collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including demand
planning, procurement, contract manufacturing, and logistics
partners. Client Details A fast-growing beauty/cosmetic
manufacturer. Description Own the supply planning process for
finished goods and components across multiple manufacturers and
suppliers. Translate demand forecasts into rolling supply plans;
issue timely POs/WOs aligned with capacity and inventory goals.
Monitor supplier performance, capacity constraints, MOQs, and lead
times; escalate risks as needed. Maintain accurate inventory levels
across 3PLs and manufacturers. Track weeks of supply by SKU; flag
shortages and excess with mitigation plans. Drive safety stock and
reorder point strategies to ensure supply continuity. Lead
inventory reconciliation, E&O reviews, and inventory health
analyses. Partner with sourcing to validate and maintain accurate
BOM data for effective planning. Profile 2 years of experience in
supply planning or inventory management, ideally within CPG,
beauty, or wellness. Strong Excel and ERP system skills (e.g.,
NetSuite, CIN7). Highly analytical and detail-oriented with a bias
for action. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth
environment. Strong communication skills and cross-functional
collaboration experience. Experience working with contract
manufacturers and forecasting processes. Job Offer Competitive
