Job Description:
SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for a Tax Attorney.
The candidate must have: experience working on a variety of
commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and
divestitures, partnerships and corporate finance transactions, both
domestic and cross border. Strong academics from a tier 1/2 school
is required. Large law firm experience is preferred.
