Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Advise University leadership on compliance with state and federal
laws
Serve as designated counsel for the University's Marketing team and
international operations
Oversee the University's intellectual property portfolio and
provide legal support across various practice areas
Required Qualifications
Minimum seven years of practice of law, preferably in non-profit
higher education
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission to practice before appropriate state and federal courts
may be required
Member of the New Hampshire Bar Association required or eligible
for admission within one year of employment
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
committed to diversity
