Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Associate General Counsel -
Director of Special Projects.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on complex projects and ensure compliance
with laws and regulations
Develop and manage reporting for senior management and board
committees
Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Audit groups on legal
matters and policy development
Required Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Minimum of 10 years' experience as an attorney or relevant legal
experience
Minimum of 7 years' work leadership experience, including people
management
Experience managing large initiatives/projects
New York State or applicable state bar admission
