Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Consultant II.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a client-side resource for technical configurations,
integrations, testing, and validation tasks during implementation
projects
Manage day-to-day project tasks and deliver custom system training
to ensure successful client transitions
Collaborate with clients and vendors to optimize existing platforms
and resolve technical issues
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in a client-facing implementation role with
a vendor or consulting organization
Expert knowledge of HRIS software, particularly Dayforce, and
experience with integrations between third-party systems
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in a
computer-related field
At least 3 years of experience leading projects and managing client
relationships
Understanding of PII data governance and the ability to maintain
confidentiality related to sensitive information
