HR Generalist - $34/hr - $36/hr Irvine, CA (Onsite - 3 days in Irvine, CA/2 days in Montebello, CA) Contract to hire Job ID 25-09696 World-wide manufacturing company is looking for a HR Generalist to split time 3 days a week in Irvine, CA, and 2 days a week in Montebello, CA. Qualifications: 3 years of HR experience. Worked for a manufacturing or distribution warehouse company (HR knowledge of warehouse workers). 1 year of payroll and timekeeping system experience (ADP & UKG preferred or other large payroll and timekeeping system). Experience recruiting general administrative professionals and warehouse workers. Good knowledge with benefits. Responsibilities: The HR Generalist will be responsible for the following tasks:Provide support across all areas of human resources.Recruitment Onboarding Payroll Benefits administration L&D training administration Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $34/hour to $36/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
