Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trainer to support the implementation
of a Medicaid system.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with project contractors and clients to identify
training needs and delivery methods
Facilitate training sessions for site account staff and assist in
preparing them for go-live
Develop eLearning videos and training materials as part of the
training program
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
2 to 5 years of business analysis experience
Experience collaborating with functional groups within an
organization
Knowledge of training methodologies and Learning Management Systems
(LMS)
Experience with Adobe Captivate and Articulate video authoring
software is preferred
