Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to
provide support for patients in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services while
managing inbound and outbound calls
Process orders, verify documentation, and ensure insurance
eligibility and coverage
Facilitate resolution of customer complaints and maintain quality
assurance metrics
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or
insurance customer service
Two years of experience required for senior level, including one
year of exact job experience
Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plan
methodologies preferred
Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
