Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon (OMS) – San Diego, CA | Private Practice | Partnership Track A well-established, high-volume Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS) private practice in San Diego, CA is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon for a full-time or part-time associateship with a clear path to partnership. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, referral-driven OMS practice with immediate production, strong earning potential, and a supportive, experienced team. Practice Overview: - 40 year established OMS private practice - 100% PPO / Fee-for-Service - Strong referral base and consistent case volume - Modern, fully digital workflow Technology & Facilities: - CBCT (i-CAT Cone Beam) - Digital Panorex and intraoral imaging - X-Nav / X-Guide dynamic navigation - Intraoral scanner - Cloud-based EMR - In-office surgical suite with anesthesia machine Scope of Practice: - Dentoalveolar surgery (including third molars) - Dental implants and bone grafting - Full-arch / All-on-4 reconstruction - Benign pathology - Office-based anesthesia - Optional hospital privileges / trauma call Position Details: - Full-time or part-time opportunity - Immediate, high production potential - Monday–Friday schedule - Optional paid trauma call Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive base salary plus production-based bonus - High earning potential - Partnership opportunity for the right candidate Qualifications: - DDS/DMD from accredited program - Completion of OMS residency - Board-certified or board-eligible (ABOMS) - Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Location – San Diego, California: Live and practice in one of the most desirable locations in the U.S., offering year-round ideal climate, coastal living, outdoor recreation, and excellent schools.
