Job Description MCCN-21 So Cal – Corona Community Clinic, seeks
a Family Physician, Join this organization with a long history of
providing culturally competent and age-appropriate Medical Services
to low-income and medically underserved residents of Pomona and
Corona. Clinics also provide dental and mental health. Operates
under the Patient Centered Medical Home model, 100% Outpatient. The
average patient consensus is 16 to 20 Patients contacts a day, Full
time or Part-time options, Flexible schedule, Clinic hours are 8 to
5 Comprehensive Benefit Package includes: - Salary is $250K to
$325K (BOE) - $10K Sign On Bonus - Malpractice Insurance -
Qualifies for Student Loan Repayment Plan(s) - Medical, Dental,
Vision, plus dependents options - Life insurance - 403b with 3%
Matching - 3 weeks paid Vacation, 8 Sick days, 9 Holidays - Week of
