Role Overview As a Hybrid School–Home BCBA at CAS, you’ll provide
behavioral services across school and home environments while
developing advanced consultation, collaboration, and case
conceptualization skills. You’ll partner closely with families,
school teams, and clinical leaders to support meaningful outcomes
for students. This role is ideal for BCBAs who want school
experience with support , flexibility, and income upside—without
jumping immediately into a senior consult role. What You’ll Do
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop
data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Deliver ABA services
across school, home, and limited center or remote settings Utilize
developmentally appropriate assessments, including Vineland-3 and
others as appropriate Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior
Technicians across service environments Coach caregivers, teachers,
and support staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies
Collaborate with special education teams and attend IEP meetings
when appropriate Monitor behavioral data and adjust programming
based on outcomes Provide caregiver and staff training to promote
skill generalization Implement proactive behavior support and
crisis prevention strategies Provide in-the-moment guidance and
debriefing during behavioral escalation In some regions, support
Associate Clinical Supervisors or clinicians accruing BCBA hours

Qualifications Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis,
Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Current BCBA
certification in good standing Active or eligible for Massachusetts
LABA licensure Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience , preferably
across home and/or school settings Experience conducting FBAs,
writing BIPs, and supervising staff Strong collaboration and
communication skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel
locally Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole) a plus
