Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a local contract nurse RN Home Health for a local contract nursing job in Anaheim, California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 08/10/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Registered Nurse – Home Health (Auto Offer!) Orange County, CA & Surrounding Areas ? Position Details: - Start Date: 08/11/2025 - Contract Length: 13 weeks - Schedule: Days – 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) - Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off up to 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks) - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend - Float: No - First-Time Travelers: Not accepted (must have previous travel experience) - Locals Accepted: Yes (same rate within 50 miles) Requirements: ? Experience: - Minimum 1 year of skilled Home Health RN experience - OASIS experience required ? Certifications: - BCLS (Basic Life Support) ? Charting: - Epic and OASIS ? Additional: - Reliable transportation required (mileage reimbursed at IRS rate) - Occasional driving radius may exceed 50 miles Key Responsibilities: - Visit up to 6 patients per day (standard 30 productivity points) - Complete all Home Health nursing duties including: - Admissions, Start of Care, Recertification, Discharges - Medication administration (IV, IM, subcutaneous) - Pain assessment & management - Wound care & infection control 09 About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
