Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Triage RN.
Key Responsibilities
Provide after-hours triage support for hospice and home health
clients
Access electronic medical records and utilize internal applications
for documentation
Complete necessary charting and prep time before and after
shifts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is
required
Must have experience in fast-paced environments such as ED or
critical care
Comfortable with multiple technology applications for
documentation
Must complete three weeks of remote paid training
