Job Description:
A company is looking for an OASIS and Coding Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Receives and reviews patient OASIS assessments for assigned care
centers
Verifies completeness and accuracy of OASIS patient status items
against related documentation
Identifies education needs regarding OASIS/documentation and
communicates with leadership
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Current unencumbered license to practice as an RN
One year of ICD-9 or ICD-10 coding and OASIS experience
HCSD or BCHH-C ICD-10 certification
OASIS (COS-C/HCS-O) certification
