Job Description:
A company is looking for a Therapist to provide therapeutic
services to youth and families.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions and
document according to regulatory requirements
Develop treatment plans with specific goals and objectives
Serve as a member of the treatment team and provide evidence-based
therapeutic interventions
Required Qualifications
A Master's degree in a Human Services field
1 year of experience in child welfare services
A valid professional license in their field (e.g., LPCA, LPCC, CSW,
LCSW, LMFTA, LMFT, LPA, LPP)
Understanding of culture and its impact on human behavior
Ability to foster respectful partnerships with clients and their
families
