Job Description:
Channel XF Manager (7 - 10 years experience)Please note, this is
a hybrid position in Culver City, CA. You must be able to work
onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Monday and Friday are
remote.The Channel XF Manager will develop and launch multi-channel
customer communications to generate awareness, increase
acquisition, and drive engagement for our services and products.
They will collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Data
Science, Design, Product, Engineering, and Business. As the subject
matter expert in customer journey orchestration, the candidate
should think strategically, execute flawlessly, and work
effectively in a highly matrixed, global organization.
Responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance,
identifying issues, optimizing through A/B testing, and enhancing
campaign performance and operational efficiency. They will also
contribute to a knowledge base of best practices and training
resources.The XF Manager, Channel Platforms, is responsible for
strategic alignment, cross-functional integration, and execution of
all Channel Platform initiatives within Marcom. They will act as a
key point of integration and accountability, synthesizing inputs,
facilitating alignment with stakeholders, and developing integrated
marketing communication plans for the Channel. They will oversee
the creative process to ensure alignment with strategy and
collaborate with various Marcom teams and key internal departments
like Product Marketing, Sales, SP&O, and Ops to deliver
effective work that meets brand, partner, and commercial
objectives.The target compensation range for this role is $65.124
to $72.36 per hour, based on factors such as education, experience,
