A company is looking for a Manager, Software Development
Engineering (US Federal).
Key Responsibilities
Lead a multidisciplinary development team to deliver high-quality
software solutions for the UI Platform technology
Support team members' career growth and foster a culture of
technical excellence
Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and support FedRAMP
deployment and operations
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in a Software Engineering role using
Java
4+ years of experience in leading and managing teams in an agile
environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields, or
equivalent work experience
Proven experience building web frameworks and delivering SaaS
solutions
Solid understanding of software engineering best practices
