Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Revenue Cycle Management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day-to-day revenue cycle management operations,
including billing, collections, and accounts receivable
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate performance
and implement strategies for optimization
Ensure timely and accurate submission of insurance claims and
related records
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business,
or a related field; relevant certifications preferred
10+ years in Finance, with at least 5 years focused on revenue
cycle management
Experience in revenue cycle management within healthcare
required
Proven knowledge in insurance claims, coding, billing, and claims
processing
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
requirements
