Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Manager, Learning &
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of coaching and
mentoring initiatives
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely
delivery of multiple projects
Develop and implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of
initiatives and report outcomes to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or a
related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, adult
learning, or a related field
Proven experience in developing and implementing coaching,
mentoring, and learning programs
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other
educational technologies
