Job Description:
A company is looking for a CAAS Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the CAAS team, ensuring operational efficiency and
service delivery
Oversee client project management, billing, and maintain strong
client relationships
Drive team development through training, performance tracking, and
resource allocation
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership
role in CAAS or related services
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance,
or equivalent experience
Strong expertise in CAAS systems and compliance processes
5+ years of experience with Intacct and 10+ years with QuickBooks
Online
Experience managing teams in a multi-client, multi-time zone
environment
