Job Description:

A company is looking for a Solution Architect, Workforce Management.
Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic architectural decisions for workforce transformation initiatives
Design end-to-end solutions for labor demand forecasting, scheduling, and timekeeping
Conduct audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks in workforce management solutions

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in workforce management solutions implementation/configuration
Extensive experience with Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM and Time & Labor
Experience as a lead consultant on system implementations
BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields, or equivalent work experience
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven solutions
