Key Responsibilities
Own the delivery and evolution of customer experience
initiatives
Analyze customer research and feedback to identify experience
gaps
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch
user-centric solutions
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in product management or a related
field
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and agile
methodologies
Experience working with UX, data, and engineering teams
Ability to break down complex problems and collaborate
cross-functionally
Familiarity with product analytics tools and customer feedback
platforms is a plus
