Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consulting IT Engineer - Tier 3.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the final escalation point for complex support issues
involving server, network, cloud, and endpoint
Proactively monitor and maintain infrastructure performance across
on-prem and cloud-based systems
Provide subject-matter expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft
365, Azure, and Windows Server
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5+ years in a senior or Tier 3 technical support role
Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft stack (Active Directory,
Group Policy, Exchange Online, Intune)
Experience with Azure AD, hybrid identity, and cloud migration
strategies
Deep understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP,
VLANs, firewalls)
Certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, Azure Administrator, or VMware
VCP are a plus
