Summary: As part of the Marketing department, the Marketing Fulfillment Coordinator will be responsible for managing the print production of printed samples along with the order entry, fulfillment, and shipping of all sales and marketing-related materials, from brochures to promotional giveaways, and other marketing requirements. The Marketing Fulfillment Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating FedEx, DHL, and UPS shipments accurately and in a timely manner. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and identify process improvements during check-in process. The Marketing Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for inventory levels, tracking, and distribution of samples for sales use, trade shows, and events. PM18.
Key Responsibilities:--- Process, fulfill, and ship orders of literature and giveaway requests using Salesforce and shipping softwares.--- Communicate cross-departmentally when/if samples are backordered or low in inventory.--- Maintain an organized in-house inventory of all marketing samples, brochures, and shipping materials with ability to locate samples at any time.--- Responsible for organization/maintaining the literature sample room and surrounding picking areas.--- Manage the print production and print schedule of all samples utilizing in-house digital printers with the ability to create / adjust profiles using RIP softwares.--- Use converting machines to slit down vinyl rolls to be used for printed samples and/or sample sheets.--- Create domestic and international shipping labels for sample requests.--- Creation of marketing packets, as needed.--- Assist Marketing and Sales departments with special projects, as needed. --- Recommend process improvements and identify problems and potential system enhancements to increase sample processing effectiveness.--- Communicate effectively with outside vendors to coordinate marketing literature.--- Communicate and coordinate with outside vendors to ensure service and delivery of products. --- Perform data entry in SAP using Arlon part numbers.--- Additional duties may be added based on company requirements.Person Description:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
