This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ventura County, CA,
for a Practice Administrator. The Practice Administrator will
oversee the daily operations of the medical practice, including
staff management, resource allocation, and office workflows.
Responsibilities include coordinating healthcare services, ensuring
compliance with healthcare regulations, managing budgets, and
streamlining administrative processes to optimize efficiency and
patient experiences. The role requires strong organizational,
operational, and leadership capabilities, ensuring the seamless
functioning of the medical practice. Qualifications Expertise in
Medical Practice Management and Practice Management, ensuring
efficient and effective operations. Experience in Medical Office
administration and understanding healthcare systems, policies, and
procedures. In-depth knowledge of Medicine as it pertains to
outpatient or clinic management and patient care coordination.
Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to manage resources
and operational costs effectively. Strong leadership,
organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in managing
staff, fostering collaboration, and maintaining a positive work
environment. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in
the healthcare industry. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare
Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; an
advanced degree is a plus.
