Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Tax Analyst to
assist with federal and state tax compliance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare workpapers and tax returns for federal, state, and local
jurisdictions
Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual global income
tax provisions
Conduct technical research and analysis, and assist with various
federal and state tax controversy projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting with a preference for a
concentration in Tax
2+ years of technical U.S. income tax experience required (Big 4
experience preferred)
CPA strongly preferred
Experience working on large compliance engagements and with service
providers
Experience implementing process improvements and automation is a
plus
